At Akiaza, we take pride in offering luxury timepieces with exceptional quality and service. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, our refund and exchange policy ensures a smooth and respectful process.


1. Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, provided the conditions below are met.


2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • In original, unworn, and unused condition

  • Returned with all original packaging, documentation, tags, and accessories

  • Free of any signs of wear, scratches, or damage


3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and personal hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital content

  • Customized or engraved watches

  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery


4. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please contact us at hello.akiaza@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include the following:

  • Your order number

  • A brief reason for the return

  • Photos, if the item is damaged or incorrect

⚠️ Do not return any item without prior authorization. You will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.


5. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.

  • Akiaza is not liable for lost, delayed, or untracked returns.


6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refund times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.


7. Exchanges

To request an exchange:

  • Email us at hello.akiaza@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like in exchange.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

  • If the new item has a price difference, we’ll handle additional charges or issue a partial refund.


8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

  • Please keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.


9. International Returns (Outside UAE/KSA)

If you're ordering from outside the UAE or Saudi Arabia:

  • Contact us before returning any item

  • Return shipping costs, customs, or duties may apply

  • International return instructions may vary based on your location
